With a mild, pleasant taste, this product mixes well and is strengthening. My order arrived just before I contracted viral pneumonia from shingles. A new thyroid medication led to a decline in my immune system. I had to switch back to my previous hormone and started high doses of vitamin C, L-lysine, along with my usual vitamins. I held off on reviewing while ill but believe this product has aided my recovery. Eight days later, I feel significantly better, with most symptoms gone.
