My older sister was visiting me about a month ago and she has type 2 diabetes like my our mother did and during the time I was my mom's caregiver I was able to regulate her diet and exercise that she no longer needed to take insulin shots. So being that I was 3 or 4 when she came to live with the family she was more like a nanny or second mother to me always getting me feed, dressed and put to bed with her favored sixty's tune " Up On The Board Walk" so it's only fitting that I'm always trying to get her to regulate her diet and exercise. Therefore I was very pleased when I noticed her drinking a Ensure at my place, so I ordered her a few box's. She got the first shipment but didn't know who sent it until I called her and she was happy it was me that sent them because she really enjoyed them. Now I'm giving this order 4 stars not because of the product, but because I made it a point to post the order as a gift and noting a card so her would know who it came from, however it was delivered again without such a notation...other then that she likes it's so I'm happy to. I think I'll set them up to be sent monthly
