Diarrhea. Need to regain weight. After drinking the first bottle for breakfast, I experienced massive, undignified diarrhea half an hour later. It doesn't affect everyone this way, but if it does affect you, you'll find it quite unpleasant.

Ensure is nourishing; however, I forgot my husband is lactose intolerant! After getting weak from illness, he tried it and enjoyed the chocolate taste but continually faced diarrhoea issues. I realised my oversight, and I will not repeat this mistake. I ended up giving the remainder away.
