I found this variation in my local grocery store, which worked brilliantly. After surgery and dealing with chronic fatigue syndrome, I take various immune support supplements, and this one really aids my healing. I usually take two in the morning and two in the evening, but while recovering from Covid-19, I've increased my dosage to four times daily to assist in my recovery process.
