Last July my small dog, 9 years old, was diagnosed with Lung cancer, and given 4 months to live without treatment. She had trouble breathing and was gagging/chioking frequently. Chemo almost killed her, and didn't seem to be helping. It seemed metastasis had started during that treatment (3 doses). Doctor prescribed piroxicam (an anti-inflammatory). I found this product at the health food store maybe a month or two later. I've also been giving grain-free dog food and vitamins. After starting her on the Max3, there was a noticeable improvement, and fairly quickly. Over 10 months later, my dog is super-healthy and only gags a single time each morning and that's it. You wouldn't know she has Lung cancer. We haven't gone back for x-rays - there doesn't seem to be any point. She's doing great. Unfortunately, last time I went to Whole Foods for a refill, they had switched over to selling only the regular IP-6 in tablet form, which is not convenient to sprinkle on my dog's food, so I ordered the "original" IP-6 over the internet. I don't think it worked as well as Max3, and ended up supplementing with immune boosters and some kind of mushroom forumla. I don't think my dog notices the IP-6 is on her food.
