I used apple cider vinegar capsules for a while, noticing improvements in my digestion and comfort post-meal, especially after foods that usually cause gas due to irritable bowel syndrome. Eventually, I switched to these tablets, believing their concentration to be stronger. Initially, I experienced some pain but opted for half a pill at main meals.
