I drink one cup of apple cider vinegar water daily for health, particularly when I'm too full or have an upset stomach. Drinking vinegar water is very beneficial for me. It takes effect in about five minutes, alleviating stomach swelling and nausea. Occasional nighttime acid reflux can be swiftly eased by consuming apple cider vinegar water. It can be challenging to drink apple cider vinegar when out, so having it in pill form is very convenient, especially after a large meal like a buffet.

Honestly, this is the best product I've tried from Iherb, without exaggeration. It enhances digestion and alleviates constipation and bloating after meals. The taste and smell are very acceptable. I suggest taking one pill after eating, as the high dose of 750 can be quite potent on the stomach. If you take two pills, the effect is milder. Consulting a doctor is advisable.

We investigated whether GutsyGum™, a chewing gum with apple cider vinegar, could ease gastro-esophageal reflux (GER) symptoms after a reflux-heavy meal. In a double-blind study with 24 participants, we found that those who chewed GutsyGum™ reported significantly lower heartburn and acid reflux scores compared to those who used a placebo gum.

While there were positive trends in reducing symptoms like nausea and belching, these didn't reach statistical significance. Overall, GutsyGum™ shows promise for alleviating primary reflux symptoms, but it seems we still need to explore its full potential.

It copes well with tasks; I recommend it! I've noted that moderate consumption of apple cider vinegar improves digestion. Although the liquid dissolved in water is unpleasant, these pills have a slight sour smell but are tasteless. Since taking this after lunch for a couple of weeks, I’ve had no heartburn or bloating. Recommend it for weight management.
