I was extremely excited for these, they are super adorable and the fact that they are combined with vitamin c to make them more absorbent, is a plus. I thought maybe these would be easier on my stomach than the prescribed iron from my doctors, but I was wrong. Althought they didn't cause me constipation and nausea, I did have stomach aches and Heartburn. However after trying them for only 2 weeks my lightheaded-ness from my anemia went away. I just wish I could continue taking these. I am going to purchase some iron gummies and work my way back up to these. I would recommend these to someone with a stronger stomach. Ps I found i had less side affects taken 30min to 1hr before food
