Great quality! I highly recommend this Celtic sea salt; it’s high-quality and provides essential minerals I lack from natural sources. I also follow an iodine regimen, which significantly aids with any detox reactions. Best Sea Salt out there. I've tried several sea salt brands; this is my favourite. Living in a hot climate, I need to supplement with sea salt. It helps maintain homeostasis and prevents muscle spasms. I've even used it to relieve migraines, as my migraines seem linked to low salt intake. A large dose alongside plenty of water alleviated my migraine quickly. I recommend trying Celtic Sea Salt for those who wish to identify what works best for their bodies.
