This product has proven effective! It has alleviated my autoimmune symptoms as well as pre-menopausal issues—no more hot flashes or sweating! Although the pills are quite large, it’s manageable.

This is a great alternative to fish oil. Flax Seed Oil helps minimise my hot flashes; I can definitely tell if I forget to take them. I even share them with my dog for a shinier coat and better health. I have been a satisfied customer of Sports Research for nearly five years.
