Updated review: so it's being a few months using this and my son hasn't caught a Cold since then. my son usually would have regular colds he is way better and haven't being sick since using these. It arrived on time and package very nice my son has started them and so far so good I will update on how well it works for his immune system as that's the main reason I bought them. My update: so it has being a few week my son has being taking these and he usually has the Cold often well not anymore this product deserves 10 star
