SAVED MY NOSE. I had a cold a few months ago that left me with persistent nasal congestion, forcing me to use Afrin multiple times daily. After researching how to mitigate the impact of decongestants, I learned that Flonase could help due to its synthetic steroid content. It opened my nasal passages and gradually restored them to normal. I had to use Flonase daily for several days before I noticed the difference. I still use Afrin occasionally, but not nearly as excessively as I used to.

Works great but very expensive. I can obtain this for $5 through insurance, yet it's about $20 over the counter, which is excessive. However, I adore Flonase for its efficacy. The OTC bottles differ from prescription versions, and for some reason, the OTC brand doesn't provide the same quantity as the pharmacy product. This works wonderfully, clearing nasal passages whether due to allergies, a cold, or other reasons for congestion.
