I've had stomach issues for the past year, including bloating and discomfort. I tried various remedies with limited relief until I chose probiotics, specifically Florastor. I'm uncertain about these. Since beginning this regimen, I've experienced constipation, a problem I hadn't encountered with previous probiotics. I've decided to return to my former probiotics.
