I highly recommend this product! I experienced a bladder infection and took antibiotics, but after three days off the treatment, symptoms returned. After starting D-Mannose, I noticed a difference even after one day. By day three, all symptoms had disappeared. I began with three teaspoons daily for a few days, then reduced to two. An excellent product!

I’m now in my 30s but started to experience cystitis frequently in my early 20s. I managed it with over-the-counter herbal medicines and hospital visits when severe. Helps clean the bladder. If you forget to drink water or go to the bathroom for a long time, cystitis can easily recur. I take this product beforehand and find it effective in reducing the chance of infection. However, due to the often humid and hot living environment, especially in spring and summer, it's difficult to store; it can get damp and clump together. Next time, I will try storing it in the refrigerator.
