Even in extreme weather, I just have minor sneezing and coughing for 2-3 days, and that's it. I highly recommend it for a robust immune system, especially with the 1,000mg potency in one tablet. I take one in the morning with a glass of water from mid-November to mid-April, and everything is perfect!
