It Works. I bought this for arthritis in my left knee and feet. It became so bad that I stopped my daily walks. After trying this (two cups a day), all arthritis pain disappeared within days. I no longer need knee support and can walk 3-4 miles daily! Though it makes you urinate frequently, it helps flush out kidneys and uric acid. A little lemon juice enhances the taste too.
