Fantastic for cramps

I absolutely love this product and recommend it to anyone who experiences menstrual cramps. It takes about 15 minutes to take effect, but I usually have a cup the night before bleeding starts, and I wake up without cramps! I’m now purchasing my second bag! It has a mild taste, and I sometimes sweeten it with honey or brown sugar or drink it plain. As a 25-year-old woman of 5'5", I don't have more than two cups a day.

Tasty and nutritious, I have used red raspberry for my periods for several months, as I find it helps cramping. I take it almost every morning with a slice of ginger, which adds flavour and is also great for inflammation and reducing blood loss during my period. I have noticed improved hormone balance and will continue to use it. It has also helped with my acne and improved my skin complexion. The taste is somewhat "herbally", almost like green tea.

I really like these raspberry leaves; I only use them for teas. The quality is fantastic, having tried many brands, this one is by far the best! It’s very effective in helping reduce cramps. The packaging is great and resealable for easy storage, and the bag size is perfect.

Improves menstrual cramps
I tried this to relieve my menstrual cramps. I use about half a teaspoon in boiling water daily for a week before my period. I noticed an improvement in my cramps, but it did bring my period forward by two days, so keep that in mind. As for the taste, I find it quite acceptable (bitter herbal).
