First time Skullcap user here and I must say, for someone who suffers from severe full body muscle tension caused by anxiety and has only found relief from Perscription benzos - this stuff has a sure nerve calming effect. I was on Klonopin for 3 months and when my doctor decided to take me off Cold turkey, leaving me in crippling and potentially lethal withdrawals, once the withdrawals passed, I told myself never again. They're a god send but they truly kill you during detox, which can literally kill you. Anyway, I've been experimenting since I received my package this afternoon and my final nightly dose I just took is creeping up on me with mentally and muscular relaxing effects. I smoked aprox a gram in a joint while I had about 3-4 grams steeping in a cup. I'm sipping on the cup now and feeling kinda heavy, almost a thc like stone without the trip and with the addition of a relaxant. My main issue is sleep. I don't sleep whatsoever, at all, no longer than 30 minutes at a time. Tomorrow I will update on my sleep experience tonight. So far I am recommending this product
