Warming effect noted
Has a mild floral taste and appears to be of good quality. Although it didn’t help me sleep, when consumed hot in the morning and when I stepped outside into the cool weather, I surprisingly didn’t feel cold. I appreciate this warming effect, especially when adding honey for sweetness and energy.

Incomparable quality
I can sing high praises for this chamomile! It is incomparable to pharmacy alternatives from Russia: whole flowers, fragrant! I use it for soothing tea, gargling for colds, washing my face, rinsing my hair, and so on. The package is enormous, equating to 9-10 pharmacy 50-gram boxes.
