I have been unwell since 2011, struggling with severe osteoarthritis and intense muscle pain. Recently, I began using Gaia Adrenal Health and have felt the best I have in months. I have undergone extensive testing to determine the cause of my symptoms, but I’m grateful for the improvement I’ve experienced. These capsules are essential for me. I suffer from a rare nervous system pain disorder that keeps my body in a constant state of stress. They have been instrumental in reversing some of the damage done by prolonged "fight or flight" responses. This is the only vitamin supplement my acupuncturist has approved. I also find them beneficial before bed or in times of extreme stress. I feel like I’m getting my life back!
