The product truly works. I bought it to alleviate anxiety stemming from chronic stress. After being diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, I was prescribed Paxil, but the side effects deterred me. Surprisingly, this remedy halved my anxiety within 4-5 days! Initially, I experienced severe sleep issues with two tablets taken twice daily, so I adjusted to one tablet after breakfast. This led to a noticeable decrease in anxiety and restored my energy levels. Though the recommended dosage seems high, my optimal intake was one tablet daily, making it more affordable. Additionally, I noticed a reduction in my atopic dermatitis. Overall, I'm pleased with the product's effectiveness.

Alongside cutting out sugar and gluten and using Threelac for chronic candida, I advise patience with both products. After a month on Adrenal Health, I noticed considerable improvement. Chronic fatigue syndrome is quite debilitating. A balanced diet, avoiding sugar, gluten, and dairy, is essential for success. Good luck!
