This product has significantly strengthened our immunity. I typically use it as a preventive measure when illness is around or upon noticing symptoms. I take it during illness for five continuous days to ensure symptoms are fully addressed. Since using this, my son's asthma has improved; previously, he required several doctor visits annually, but this past year I’m grateful we haven’t needed to see a doctor at all.

Over the past year, my husband and I have been using this product, which is derived from black elderberry and acerola, as a preventative measure against infections and for treating illnesses. If someone around us is unwell, we start taking one pill daily for a week. If I fall ill, I double the dosage to two pills in the morning and evening for a week. It's crucial to maintain this routine to boost immunity. Thankfully, we've avoided antibiotics and hospital visits, treating ourselves instead. I always purchase the largest size as a precaution. This product is potent, and notably, since we began using it, my husband's asthma attacks have significantly decreased!

We explored how a natural compound from black elderberry, known as cyanidin-3-sambubiocide, interacts with the influenza virus's neuraminidase. This study employed techniques like mass spectrometry and molecular docking to reveal how this anthocyanin effectively inhibits the enzyme responsible for sialidase activity.

Our findings are significant because they indicate that this anthocyanin binds to a specific area in the neuraminidase, known as the 430-cavity. This region is located away from critical residues that typically contribute to resistance against antiviral treatments. This unique binding location suggests that black elderberry could lead to a new class of antiviral medications that might circumvent current resistance issues.

Importantly, this study highlights the potential of black elderberry as a natural treatment option against influenza, shedding light on its molecular mechanism for the first time. Through this research, we can look forward to exploring new paths for influenza treatment without the concerns associated with traditional antiviral resistance.

Excellent product! It has significantly boosted my immunity and has replaced my need for chemical medicines. I have used it in two ways: as a preventative measure during seasonal changes and when symptoms arise. After using it, my family, especially my son, has had fewer asthma attacks and has not visited the doctor for bronchitis in a year. Praise be to God for this amazing product.

In a well-structured study involving 312 economy class passengers, we explored how a specially processed elderberry extract may impact common cold symptoms during air travel. The study used a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled design, meaning participants were divided into two groups: one received the elderberry supplement, while the other got a placebo without knowing which they were taking.

We noted that while 12 cold episodes occurred in the elderberry group and 17 in the placebo group, the difference wasn’t statistically significant. However, those in the placebo group experienced a notably longer duration of cold symptoms, with 117 days compared to just 57 days for the elderberry group.

Additionally, the average symptom score—reflecting how severe these symptoms were—was much higher in the placebo group. This suggests that using elderberry might significantly shorten the duration and severity of colds in air travelers. Yet, we should approach these findings with caution, as further research is needed to fully understand the effects on physical and mental health.

I can't speak for the flu, but for the common cold, it works remarkably well. It's important to start taking two capsules at the first signs. The capsule form is convenient for carrying, unlike syrup. Black elderberry effectively supports immunity, helping to overcome illness faster.

We delved into the effectiveness of black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) as a treatment for upper respiratory symptoms. This meta-analysis included 180 participants and aimed to provide insight into its benefits, particularly in relation to vaccination status and specific health conditions.

Our findings showed that elderberry supplementation significantly reduced symptoms associated with colds and flu. This suggests that elderberry could serve as a safer alternative to antibiotics and other prescription medications for managing these common viral infections.

It works! I really swear by this product. After being surrounded by sneezers and coughers on a flight, I was certain I would catch a cold. I started taking the elderberry immediately, and over a month later, I'm still healthy, even with my husband on antibiotics for a bad cold and severe cough. I suspect it's the elderberry that's working!
