I suffered from bronchitis every year, but since taking Gaia Herbs Black Elderberry Syrup for the past two years, I haven't had any bronchitis at all. The syrup tastes good, is easy to take, and is excellent value for money.

I used this elderberry syrup to get through a nasty flu virus that led to bronchitis and pneumonia. I added a teaspoon to a cup of strong ginger tea with lemon. It worked very well against the flu and pneumonia, and although somewhat pricey, I am pleased with my purchase.

This product is effective, especially for a tough cough or bronchitis-like symptoms. It has a sweet and delicious flavour, and while it can irritate the throat, it acts as a good expectorant. I bought the 5.4oz bottle and opted for tablespoons instead of teaspoons. It was very helpful.
