I added this elderberry syrup to tea to help recover from a nasty flu virus that led to Bronchitis and pneumonia. I mixed one teaspoon of syrup into a cup of strong ginger tea with a slice of lemon. It worked remarkably well, helping me overcome both the flu and pneumonia. Although somewhat pricey, I am satisfied with my purchase.
