Works for symptoms
Quick Defense works! I recently tried Gaia Herbs Quick Defense and saw fantastic results. I took it for two days (40 capsules) to combat particularly strong viral symptoms (cold/flu-like). By the third day, I felt perfectly fine. I have previously used Gaia Herbs echinacea to counter early virus symptoms, but Quick Defense was significantly more effective. I’ll keep it on hand.

Wonders for cold
This is the remedy I use as soon as I suspect I've got cold symptoms. This supplement works wonders. My initial experience was waking with sneezing and a terrible runny nose. I took it as directed, drank a lot, and the next day woke up clear-headed—no sneezing, no stuffy nose, absolutely NO signs of illness!

Effective during illness
I bought this as a trial and was pleased. I didn't really need it but thought it might be useful if I felt unwell. Upon trying it, I noticed my body felt warmer; even when I measured my temperature, it was normal. I believe my blood flow improved. A week later, when I had cold-like symptoms with a fever of 38 degrees, taking this capsule every five hours made the fever and other symptoms disappear by the next morning.

Prevents cold onset
I always keep Quick Defense on hand. It genuinely seems beneficial. When I sense a cold coming on and take Quick Defense, it usually never develops fully. Gaia Herbs produces quality supplements.
