Quick recovery achieved
Amazing! At the risk of creating a supply shortage, I must say this product is miraculous! I recommend it to everyone. At the first sign of a sore throat, cough, or any cold symptom, start taking it as suggested. Do not stop for two days after feeling perfectly fine; I have done that before and experienced relapses. I’ve been sickly as a child and suffered respiratory illnesses as an adult. This product has saved me from illness numerous times since I discovered it four years ago at Whole Foods. I assure you it is worth the investment!

Effective sore throat relief
Good protection against colds and flu! We keep a bottle of Quick Defense capsules on hand at home and take them at the first sign of a sniffle, cough, or when exposed to illness. It works best if taken as a preventive measure before symptoms arise. We notice positive results when taking it multiple times a day for 2-3 days. The GAIA brand is high quality and worth the price. For sore throats, we recommend chewing a capsule of Echinacea Supreme every couple of hours at the onset - it's effective at preventing sore throats and swollen glands.
