I used to suffer from terrible colds in winter that often led to bronchitis. Typically, I would visit the doctor for antibiotics and still endure a lingering cough for over a week. A few years ago, I discovered this product at a health store and began taking one capsule daily during flu season. It has worked remarkably well; I rarely catch a cold now, and if I do, it’s much milder, hardly affecting my chest.
