After testing myself and my husband, it was found that he had a deficiency in vitamin B12. We took 1-2 puffs under the tongue 1.5-2 hours after breakfast. After retesting, the indicators improved. It's pleasant to taste, and I give it to my child, who has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, once or twice a week as the neurologist recommended B vitamins.
