We like this vitamin! I buy this whole food-based multivitamin for my Mother-in-Law, who has a sensitive stomach. It doesn’t upset her when taken with meals, and her doctor is pleased with her lab results. She seems to have good immunity now, rarely falling ill even when surrounded by sick people, and I believe this supplement is contributing positively.

Lack of effectiveness

I ordered it for my husband, but I didn’t observe any changes.
