Just Be Careful/Not For Everyone

I thought this is what I needed, but it causing me such trouble with my gut. After taking this for 13 days I start noticing TERRIBLE bloating and pain. My bloating is so so so bad now especially in the mornings. I wake up with my belly extremely bloated and after eating or drinking water my stomach is EXTREMELY bloated that it hurts. I don't enjoy eating anymore and now have no clue what to do and how to correct this issue. PLEASE be careful and speak with your Primary Dr before taking these. Don't want this to happen to no one else

Only 1/2 a month supply, but it's strong

There are only 14 servings per bottle (aka 1/2 a month). However, if you are o.k. with just 100 billion probiotics per day, you could take 1 capsule - vs the 2 capsules that are considered 1 serving - and voila you have 28 servings now (aka 1 month). Good product made by a reputable brand. Of course it's really hard to know how well probiotics work but given the fact that this is such a reputable brand you can feel comfortable that there will be as many probiotics in it as they claim on packaging, which is anywhere from 100x to 50x as many as most of the other products that are out there in the mainstream

A Life Saver!

Despite having a rare case of Diabetic Neuropathy of the Autonomic Nervous System (which kept things like your heart, breathing and blood pressure operational), this had resolved years of struggling with my bowel irregularity. Normally, I'd go through cycles, from normal stool to extreme constipation to diarrhea, but one bottle of this will reset your entire digestive system completely. Even in my extreme case, a single bottle is typically more than I need, so don't feel the need to finish it. And if you need a little more support, alternating with the regular GoL brand will cover you for extended periods (6 months to a year, at least). Trust me, if this works for an extreme case like mine, it'll work for anyone, and is much better than eating 'active culture' yogurts constantly

Helped my Stomach Issues

I love this product! I had a lot of tummy troubles before I began taking this supplement. Within a week, I noticed I could eat things without upset and after 2 weeks, I could feel a shift in my overall health. I highly recommend these for healing your gut. I've never felt so noticably better from probiotics as I have with the Restore probiotics

Cured My Eczema!

I purchased this from Whole Foods three times, for $60 each! That said, this is a miracle product. All 200 billion cultures cured my eczema. In fact, I have not broken out in 6 weeks. Prior to using this, that red patch on my face would not go away for the past 10 months - I've tried all the major creams, fish oil, flaxseed oil, vitamin D, but eventually had to use steroids (Desonide) to calm it down. But after a few days, it would come back with vengeance. I was frustrated bc although eczema is a genetic condition (for the most part), NONE of my family members had it. I did some more research and ended up taking a less potent probiotic with good results, then eventually went for the 200 billion formula. Side effects: I experienced a little bloating in the beginning; it slightly suppressed my appetite; and I ended up pooping less - which isn't a bad thing. I'll say it again: this is my miracle supplement, and Garden of Life has my business for life

Just okay

I wanted to like this Probiotic (I normally do their 50 billion one) but I honestly didn't see any difference in how I felt or how things in the toilet went either. I don't think it is worth the extra $$$ over the 50 Billion one. Awesome to those who felt it is worth it, I, however, will be sticking with the lower-cost one

Expensive but very effective.

I sincerely wish these were cheaper but this brand of Probiotics works wonders for me. I also buy the mood and women's health ones from them that help with a myriad of other issues. With regards to my digestion I have taken other products that only helped marginally. These combined with a change in my diet are really saving my stomach from some terrible symptoms

Highly recommended!!!

This product has helped me tremendously! Because of the strength I do not follow the directions and take two a day. One a day is very sufficient for me . I worked my way up to this strength I have autoimmune diseases and Crohn's that this helps with tremendously. Good germs that fight off bad germs Bring It On! I believe it is live because it says to keep in the refrigerator after opening. Makes for a better product! Highly recommended â™¡â™¡â™

Subpar number of capsules

The suggested serving is two a day, but there are only 28 capsules. It is out of step with a convention to include enough pills to last a month. Packing is also deceptive, with a large (for probiotics) bottle that is ostly empty. Garden of Life can do better, not so underhande
