A life saver! Despite having a rare case of diabetic neuropathy, this resolved years of bowel irregularities for me. I would cycle from normal stool to extreme constipation to diarrhoea, yet one bottle reset my entire digestive system. Even for my extreme case, a single bottle sufficed, and I recommend alternating it with the regular GoL brand for extended periods. Trust me, if this works for someone like me, it will work for anyone, and it’s much better than consuming ‘active culture’ yoghurts constantly!
