Lauric Acid (C12) may raise cholesterol! I've used MCT oil for years but experienced horrible nausea and headaches with this brand. I discovered it contained different ingredients than I'm used to and, considering the potential cholesterol impact of lauric acid, I wouldn't recommend it. Be wary when purchasing oils online, as some may contain damaging ingredients. This brand made me feel extremely unwell, so I won't use it again.

My love for oils! This is the best MCT oil I’ve tried! The quality is exceptional - organic coconut oil without unnecessary impurities. The ingredients are natural, and the taste is neutral, lacking an aftertaste, making it ideal for daily use. I add MCT oil to porridge every morning - it stimulates the pancreas and provides energy for the entire day. Other oils are hard for me to consume in the morning, but MCT is easily absorbed, doesn’t cause nausea, and makes me feel comfortable. I also include it in my coffee or tea - it’s both healthy and delicious! MCT oil supports metabolism, imparts energy, and is perfect for fitness. Initially, I purchased a small bottle, but this is my third large purchase, as the product is genuinely worthwhile. Garden of Life undoubtedly offers the best MCT on the market!
