Prevents constipation
Worked well for me. I adopted a vegan diet for over a year and needed iron supplementation. My iron levels were fine upon testing, but I did experience significant constipation, which is common with any iron supplement. I recommend taking psyllium husks daily, two to three times, to help prevent that along with getting hemorrhoids. Once you experience those, they are not easy to eliminate! It took considerable trial and error to find the right fibre for my body.
