If you wake up, your knees and back muscles won't ache. I took it anticipating a systemic inflammation effect, and while my muscle pain improved, it doesn't seem to significantly affect the inflammatory reaction. The price is expensive, but it appears to be genuinely beneficial for those with joint pain.
