Wonderful! I take these with Doctor's Best Serrapeptase, and it's like a dream team! They assist significantly with many issues, including rheumatoid arthritis, headache, and mood. Adjusting the timing can be tricky since you should ideally take them two hours after eating, but they have greatly improved my wellbeing.
