Definitely good vitamins! I bought them for my 15-year-old son, and he loved them! Coupled with Omega-3, he didn’t even have a runny nose throughout the cold season. Small blemishes on his face cleared up, his skin became clean, and morning grogginess vanished—his energy soared!
