I really liked this product; my husband, who is often ill, suddenly got less sick during the autumn-spring period. Remarkably, during the coronavirus outbreak, he didn't catch a cold, and the infection seemed to spare him, even though I fell ill. I'm now taking this complex designed for women. Definitely good vitamins! I bought them for my 15-year-old son, and he loved them! Coupled with Omega-3, he didn’t even have a runny nose throughout the cold season. Small blemishes on his face cleared up, his skin became clean, and morning grogginess vanished—his energy soared! He really enjoyed these vitamins; I've already completed two courses with a two-month break! Highly recommend!
