I liked the vitamins. My husband, son, and I took them for 11 years without any allergies or nausea. They were easy to swallow. My husband noticed positive effects a week after starting these vitamins. His nails stopped peeling, sleep improved significantly, and his skin became less dry. Unlike other men's vitamins, these did not cause nausea. I order them twice a year in spring and autumn. They are the best choice for health for the price.

No nausea felt
Easily swallowable multi-vitamin. I’m satisfied with this easily digestible multi-vitamin. It’s smooth and I have no issues swallowing it. I can take it without food and remarkably, I haven’t experienced any stomach pain or nausea.

Cautions against nausea
This organic vitamin certainly provided improvements over the year. However, I became cautious as it started causing nausea and discomfort in my liver recently. I've reduced my intake because, while it deals with other issues, I’m wary of its effects on my liver now.
