Top score! I took these multivitamins one at a time each morning. At 46, I remain active in sports. I didn’t notice any bodily reactions while taking them, but after a month, I found that the lymph node on my neck, which was the size of a cherry, had resolved. It was parasitic. I consumed these multivitamins daily alongside Omega-3, vitamin K-7, magnesium, vitamin D-3, and collagen. Although the tablet size is not small, the shape makes it easy to swallow, unlike some capsules from other brands that can stick in the throat.
