I have been searching for multivitamins that don’t cause skin rashes or nausea. These vitamins are organic and have a high bioavailability. Although I believe the daily dose might not be enough for a healthy woman, thankfully they did not trigger any allergies for me. After taking them for recovery post-COVID, my skin improved, and my hair did not fall out like many others after illness. Overall, I was very satisfied and plan to reorder.

The price is reasonable, but the results are disappointing. Despite the excellent composition, neither my wife nor I felt any invigorating effects. Both of us remained drowsy post-acute respiratory illness. After a week, my wife developed a severe allergy with skin reddening and itchiness that lasted a while after stopping the supplement. I suspect something in the formula does not mix well with us, as I experienced belching. I will not continue taking these vitamins.
