Only vitamins I'll take
I've been taking these vitamins for maybe 9 months now. First, I have VERY dry skin, regardless of the season. After 6-8 weeks I noticed less dry patches on my face, and the ones I would get were smaller. My skin overall appears more healthy and doesn't irritate as easily. I've also noticed that my nails started to peel significantly less than they did before. I also noticed that I was snacking a lot less than I used to. I am a very picky eater and don't eat much, but I noticed that my appetite was more balanced after having taken these vitamins for 6-8 weeks. I personally believe it was because I was getting a well-balanced variety of nutrients daily that I wasn't getting from my diet. I also have a vitamin D deficiency and this vitamin gives me the amount my doctor recommended me to take. I take my vitamin every night before I sleep and haven't experienced any stomach irritation as a result, even though I have gerd. In addition, I like that you're getting a well-balanced serving of vitamins and minerals. When researching vitamins, I noticed a lot of brands give you too much of things you don't need, and not enough of others. I also value that the vitamins and minerals you're getting come from food, and are not engineered. I appreciate knowing where the vitamins and minerals are coming from, and not having to wonder if you're getting fillers instead. I wouldn't take any other vitamin
