I cannot recommend this product for anyone with health issues like sensitive skin or diabetes. After three days of use, I developed red rosacea bumps and experienced significant bloating. The ingredient organic tapioca maltodextrin can spike blood sugar levels dangerously. Anyone with diabetes should avoid such products, as maltodextrin may cause gut issues and worsen blood sugar control.
