Please read if you have health issues. I do not recommend this for those with sensitive skin or health issues like rosacea and IBS. After three days of taking it, I developed red bumps on my cheeks and bloating. If you have eczema or similar issues, avoid this product due to potential adverse reactions.

I noticed after two weeks that my nails grew faster and stronger. However, it caused blemishes and intense itchiness on my very sensitive skin, which is affected by eczema. It might work for others, but it wasn’t suitable for me.
