Caused rashes on my face. Initially, it was good, but after a while, I noticed a stubborn rash lasting for months, which only disappeared after I stopped taking it.

One of the best! After consuming the package, my skin looked gorgeous. I could go outside without makeup, and the rashes disappeared even during PMS. My skin was moisturised, with an even tone, and wrinkles smoothed out. Although my hair doesn't grow as quickly, new fluff has appeared, and it looks shiny and healthy at the roots. I took one capsule daily. I started during a cold, recovered quickly, and felt revitalised. I recommend it; my girlfriends have ordered for themselves.

Seborrheic dermatitis ✅ Rash ❌ I read that Biotin might heal seborrheic dermatitis, and it worked for me in less than a week. However, I also experienced rashes after starting. I stopped for two days and most of my rash has gone from my face. I'm now torn on whether to continue. I took only one capsule daily and still have about half a bottle left.

Rashes decreased noticeably
It's great that there is vegetable collagen; I prefer not to consume anything animal-based. The pill is large, but I had no issues swallowing it. I didn't notice any special effects, but my skin improved, and the rashes decreased. Additionally, it contains vitamins, which is good for slightly strengthening the body. It has a pleasant herbal taste.
