No cold caught
I've been taking Garden of Life Immune System RM-10, 120 Caps, with 6 pills a day for the last month mainly on an empty stomach. It seems to keep my immune system operating well, as my wife has had a dreadful cold for the past month and I remained unaffected. I've been surrounded by coughs at home and in the office but didn't catch a cold this time. My wife is now interested in taking some to aid her recovery. I would recommend these pills as they may help.

I've been taking Garden of Life Immune System RM-10, 120 Caps, with 6 pills a day for the last month mainly on an empty stomach. Cold prevention
Essential. Since I began taking this supplement a few years ago, I hardly get colds or flu. This supplement contains 100 mcg Selenium per dosage (2 pills). Selenium may be beneficial for our health, but it is critical not to overdose. A study of 1,300 older individuals showed that those taking 200 micrograms of selenium daily over seven years had a 42 per cent reduced occurrence of cancer compared to those given a placebo. Cancer deaths for those taking selenium were cut almost in half. Additionally, selenium reduced the risk of lung cancer even more significantly than giving up smoking.
