It got colder - buy oil from iHerb! It’s my favourite coconut oil. I've tried three different brands, but this one is the best. Although slightly pricier, it's worth every penny. I use it in place of butter for sandwiches or in porridge. Even when feeling unwell, taking half a teaspoon at night helps. This is subjective, but I believe it aids in my recovery. It was well packaged and arrived intact. Now I know to buy oil from iHerb in colder weather for optimal results!

Favourite! I've tried many oils from iHerb, but this is my top choice! It's not only extra virgin but genuinely whole, extracted from fresh coconut pulp. The flavour is stunning. After starting to take two tablespoons daily, I've lost 9 kg over four months, alongside using Spirulina and apple cider vinegar. The benefits of coconut oil for my body are invaluable!
