Prevents tonsillitis
I adore coconut oil and purchase it from various brands. Each morning, I place a small piece in my mouth for five minutes, swishing it around, then spitting it out before brushing my teeth. This routine cleanses my oral cavity, whitens teeth, and thanks to the monolaurin in coconut oil, I haven't had tonsillitis since. I also enjoy coffee with coconut oil or milk, as it promotes bile flow and awakens my gastrointestinal tract. Highly recommend!

Cleans oral bacteria
This organic coconut oil is fantastic! I do oil pulling for 15 minutes each morning or before bed, sometimes adding a drop of organic clove essential oil. After spitting out the oil, I rinse thoroughly before brushing. This method is a beneficial supplement to my oral hygiene. The oil is raw, organic, extra virgin, cold-pressed, and unrefined. Coconut oil contains lauric acid, which has strong anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects, tackling bacteria and protecting against urinary tract infections and tooth decay.
