Didn't work for me. It caused excruciating pain at the back of my knees, which began 20 minutes after taking the tablet and lasted for at least 16 hours. I couldn't sleep at all. I took the tablets for 4 or 5 days, and when I stopped, the pain ceased. I presume the ingredients of the tablet clashed with something else I am taking.
