Marvellous Maximum Strength Turmeric by Garden of Life. I researched a reliable, high-dosage turmeric supplement for my frozen shoulder. After several months, my shoulder has improved significantly, with a notably increased range of motion and much reduced bone pain. Though this is not cheap, I will continue taking it, as each tablet contains 630mg of organic turmeric blend standardized to 95% curcuminoids.

Effective for pain
Best turmeric supplement for bone pain. I find it very effective for my bone pain. I recommend it to my golfing friends who have had the same issue. In the end, I ended up buying extras for my friends.
