I got this for digestive issues. I started taking these and noticed a significant calming of my stomach within 2 days along with a change of diet. I was and am still doing a Candida diet after taking several antibiotics. I was just recommended by the dr and pharmacist to just take ANY probiotic while taking the antibiotics but ANY didn't work which caused my problems including Bloating, leaky gut, anxiousness in my body, Inflammation in my digestive system for tooo long, thrush, other embarrassing issues at time causing me to just stay home and away from people and events that I would go to before 2019 ( 2022 now), fatigue, fatigue, fatigue, fatigue, fatigue ðŸ˜©........and I'm the type with nonstop internal energy normally Smh....allergic reactions to foods that never bothered me before. This included my throat closing up from eating random things and having to keep a benadryl in my bag just in case because I didn't know what would bother me next. Just saying...these worked. Don't hesistate to buy. There may be ones that work even better and these are a little pricey. Even though I may not want to pay the price, I WILL for better health. That makes every penny worth it. Even if you find some probiotics that work better later get something that will help with improvement NOW. I'm actually about to order my second bottle and will probably keep these on hand. I hope this review helps somebody because the ones I saw helped me to decide in buying these. No affiliation here...just somebody who was searching for something to feel better after being aggravated for years now...since 2019 with this issue which has really altered how I live life. Research....Heal yourself with herbs, diet, water, relaxation, good probiotics...just saying ...buy. A world of difference

Works wonders

I've been using these for about a year. They're the only probiotics that have really helped with my IBS and Bloating. I've purchased the refrigerated. Only once did I get them and feel the ice pack/bottle weren't cold. Reached out to the seller and they sent me a new bottle. No questions asked. Wonderful customer service. I've purchased the shelf stable bottle twice now and they've worked just as well. I would highly recommend if you're having GI tract issue

Works well but EXPENSIVE

Excellent results from this probiotic. Gastrointestinal issues (Bloating, gas, irregularity) cleared up almost completely in the 30 days of use. I'm switching to another brand after my initial 30 days of using this because this price seems excessive for 30 capsules. Wholesome Wellness 100Bn CFU 34 strains with digestive enzymes etc ($25 vs $41)… We'll see how it preforms in comparison. Update: The Wholesome Wellness probiotic is comparable to this product, but seemingly not as powerful. Still a great product. I also tried Natures Bounty Probiotic 10 (10 strains & 20Bn cultures) which resulted in lots of uncomfortable Bloating. I stopped this product after one week due to discomfort. **The refrigerated version of this Garden of Life probiotic was also purchased. This version seems to be the most effective.** I recommend purchasing both for a one month trial of each. After the initial two months (along with a healthy diet) gastrointestinal problems should decrease significantly

They were great until they weren't

After struggling for a long time to get excessive gas and Bloating under control, I came across an article recommending these. They were much more expensive than the probiotics I've been using for years, but I figured if they could do the job, they would be well worth it. And for the first couple of weeks I used them, I had a noticeable improvement. In fact, I would be an evangelist for them today except after I started on my second bottle I noticed that the Bloating had returned but in a different form. I was actually constipated all the time, which is not a problem I ever have to worry about. I ruled out anything else being the cause and then went back and looked at the reviews for these and saw other people had the same problem. So it's a very frustrating product. At first they did exactly what I needed but after several weeks they actually made the situation worse
