Awesome! I tried it for a month. Initially, I experienced slight incontinence and secretions, but thankfully these symptoms disappeared. My digestion became regular, and I felt my stomach less bloated and lighter, with improved gas expulsion. Great probiotics! I ordered them for a friend post-operation as she had minimal flora. After a month, tests indicated they were effective, so I ordered more to complete her course. Importantly, they don't require refrigeration, making them convenient for travel.

This has helped me significantly. A doctor advised me to take estrogen for an age-related women's issue. However, feeling uncomfortable with estrogen, I searched the iHerb site and found this product. Within days of starting it, the symptoms I was experiencing lessened, and now I have no spotting at all. It's great that I only need to take it once a day, as I have trouble remembering to take more than that. I’ll be ordering more before running out.

I ordered this probiotic after trying the women’s probiotics from the same company. It works considerably less effectively for some reason. Not highly recommended.
