Effective! I took these after a course of vaginal antibiotics, and they perfectly restored my microflora while also aiding in my fight against candidiasis. I recommend taking some fibre in parallel for enhanced benefits.

Good probiotics! I consumed them along with fibre from the same brand each morning before breakfast after dealing with candidiasis. The results were rapid and quite satisfactory, and my bowel function improved more than I anticipated. I recommend these, as it’s convenient to take once daily at any time, without needing refrigeration. The capsules are small. I believe it's beneficial to periodically take such a probiotic course. I switched to these probiotics after Ultimate Flora was discontinued. They work just as well, effectively restoring microflora post-candidal treatment. If candidiasis is severe, monotherapy may not suffice, as one must first address the pathogenic flora before introducing beneficial bacteria.

Best for treatment
I use these as part of my treatment protocol for chronic vaginal candidiasis. Thus far, I believe these are the best probiotics of their kind, as I have not experienced any flare-ups since starting them.
